only a 5 figure student loan debt? sounds like he got off easy.

Florida ranks 45th in per credit hour cost of an undergraduate education.  Is now the right time to raise tuition to give the University System the resources to be more competitive, or should tuition be kept the same to ensure affordability in tough economic times?  The proposed tuition increase this year is less than $10 per credit hour.
