Germans overwhelmingly oppose Greek bailout: poll
Experts have expressed the opinion that the U.S. is experiencing the beginning of a slow recovery from the recession, but that economic troubles in Europe could derail oir recovery. The European Union is expected to vote for aid to Greece, but most Germans (Germany is the EU’s stongest economy) are opposed. Many Germans see Greece as a bottomless pit of money. And the expectation is that the austerity measures that will be required for Greece to recover from its debt issues will further depress their economy and will bring down the economies of other EU countries.
